Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and curate medical library collections, including digital and print resources, to support the academic and research needs of LKCMedicine
- Provide specialized reference services and research support to faculty, students, and researchers in the medical field
- Develop and deliver information literacy programs to enhance research skills and scholarly communication
- Collaborate with research teams to identify, acquire, and organize specialized medical information resources
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of library systems and digital platforms
- Contribute to scholarly communications initiatives, including open access publishing and research data management
- Participate in library outreach activities and promote the use of medical information resources
- Stay current with trends in medical librarianship and information science to enhance service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field with a focus on medical librarianship
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a medical, academic, or research library setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, databases, and information resources
- Experience with library management systems, digital repositories, and research tools
- Excellent research and information retrieval skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive literature searches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in metadata standards and digital resource management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver information literacy programs and educational materials
