Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in Mikrotrans fleet vehicles
- Perform scheduled maintenance including engine, transmission, and electrical system checks
- Overhaul and replace defective components using specialized diagnostic tools
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for fleet management
- Collaborate with team to resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
- Train junior mechanics on best practices and troubleshooting techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a mechanic with mechanical/electrical specialization
- Proven ability to independently diagnose automotive problems without supervision
- Certification in automotive mechanics or related technical field preferred
- Experience with fleet maintenance, particularly in public transport, advantageous
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
