We are seeking an exceptional Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) – Process Development to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical lead for advanced photolithography process development, driving the research and implementation of next-generation patterning technologies for our leading-edge NAND and DRAM products.
As a key member of our global Process R&D organization, you will spearhead the development of new lithography processes, including EUV, immersion, and multi-patterning schemes. You will be responsible for optimizing process windows, reducing defects, and improving overall equipment effectiveness. Your deep technical expertise will guide the selection of advanced materials and process conditions to meet stringent technology node requirements.

You will work closely with integration, design, and manufacturing teams across our global network to resolve complex issues, conduct thorough root cause analysis, and ensure seamless technology transfer to high-volume manufacturing. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and optimization of EUV, immersion, and advanced patterning lithography processes.
- Define and execute experiments to establish process windows and specifications for new technology nodes.
- Collaborate with equipment and materials suppliers to evaluate and qualify new tools and chemistries.
- Drive defect reduction and yield enhancement initiatives through systematic data analysis and root cause investigation.
- Partner with Process Integration and Design teams to resolve patterning-related challenges impacting device performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Contribute to the definition of long-term lithography roadmaps and technology strategies.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor lithography process development in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of photolithography fundamentals, including resolution enhancement techniques (RET), OPC, and lithography simulation.
- Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art lithography equipment (EUV, ArF Immersion scanners, track systems).
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and data analysis tools (JMP, Python, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects.
- Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global matrix organization.
