Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor process development, with focus on NAND technology
- Deep expertise in cell film deposition and etching processes for 3D NAND architectures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with statistical process control and design of experiments methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes
