Join Micron Technology as a Senior Member of Technical Staff in our dynamic Process Development division specializing in NAND memory. We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled engineer to drive the technical roadmap for next-generation wet processing solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to enhance process windows, improve device performance, and increase manufacturing yield for high-density NAND Flash memory.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and optimization of wet process technologies for 3D NAND memory fabrication, including lithography, etching, and cleaning.
- Analyze device characteristics and process data to troubleshoot complex yield issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Define and transfer robust process control strategies from R&D to pilot line and high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
- Collaborate with equipment vendors to qualify new tools and integrate advanced technology nodes.
- Implement statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven methodologies to minimize process variability.
- Present technical findings to leadership and cross-functional teams to align on project roadmaps and technical direction.
Kualifikasi
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process development, with a strong focus on wet processes.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics and lithography/etching mechanisms.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, MATLAB) and statistical process control techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure R&D environment.
