As a key technical leader, you will drive the development and optimization of advanced thin film deposition processes (PVD, CVD, ALD) for cutting-edge NAND memory nodes. Your work will directly influence the roadmap for tomorrow's memory technologies, solving complex integration challenges and ensuring world-class quality, yield, and efficiency. You will act as a bridge between process module development and device integration, conducting rigorous experiments to push the boundaries of performance.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the development and characterization of advanced thin film deposition processes (e.g., PVD, CVD, ALD, Electroplating) for emerging NAND memory technologies.
  • Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize film properties, uniformity, step coverage, and defectivity to meet stringent device performance criteria.
  • Collaborate with integration, device, and module teams to resolve complex process-related yield and reliability issues.
  • Drive the evaluation and qualification of new processing equipment, materials, and methodologies to enhance capability and reduce cost.
  • Establish and maintain process specifications, procedures, and documentation in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment.
  • Provide technical mentorship to a team of process engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Analyze large datasets using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and advanced data analysis tools to drive process improvement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience; Master's degree with 8+ years of experience; or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in a semiconductor process development environment.
  • Deep technical expertise in thin film deposition techniques (PVD, CVD, ALD, etc.) and their application in advanced memory or logic nodes.
  • Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and driving innovation in a fast-paced R&D or technology development setting.
  • Strong foundation in semiconductor device physics, materials characterization (SEM, TEM, XRR, SIMS, etc.), and integration challenges.
  • Proficiency in statistical data analysis (JMP, Python, MATLAB) and Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring technical teams and managing projects.
  • Experience with 300mm wafer processing is highly preferred.
