You will be responsible for managing membership inquiries, coordinating exclusive events, and providing exceptional concierge services that elevate the member experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional front-of-house and concierge services to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage membership administration, including processing applications, renewals, and maintaining accurate member data.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of club events and member activities.
  • Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive member experience.
  • Resolve member issues and complaints promptly, prioritizing member satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of club facilities, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion at all times.
  • Familiarity with membership management software is highly preferred.
