- Provide exceptional front-of-house and concierge services to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage membership administration, including processing applications, renewals, and maintaining accurate member data.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of club events and member activities.
- Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive member experience.
- Resolve member issues and complaints promptly, prioritizing member satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of club facilities, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion at all times.
- Familiarity with membership management software is highly preferred.
