Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement ore characterization programs to evaluate mineral properties and metallurgical behavior
- Develop and execute comprehensive test work plans for comminution, flotation, and hydrometallurgical processes
- Analyze test data to optimize mineral processing parameters and recovery rates
- Lead metallurgical studies for feasibility assessments and process design improvements
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with geology, mining, and engineering teams to integrate metallurgical findings
- Stay current with industry advancements in metallurgical technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in metallurgical engineering with mining industry focus
- Expertise in ore characterization methodologies and metallurgical test work design
- Proficiency in mineral processing techniques (comminution, flotation, hydrometallurgy)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and process optimization
- Valid Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license or equivalent certification
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers
