Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor daily metallurgical plant performance to ensure optimal recovery and production targets are met.
- Develop and implement innovative process improvement projects to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to plant operators and junior metallurgical staff to enhance team capabilities.
- Conduct regular audits of plant equipment and processing circuits, ensuring strict compliance with safety and environmental protocols.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex metallurgical issues and minimize downtime.
- Manage metallurgical laboratory operations, including quality control of reagents and chemical inventory.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports on production output, process variances, and efficiency improvement strategies for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in mineral processing, specifically within the gold mining sector.
- Strong technical expertise in comminution, leaching, and adsorption recovery circuits.
- Proven track record in project management and implementation of process optimization initiatives.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse onsite teams.
- Proficiency in metallurgical accounting software and data analysis tools.
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental stewardship (HSE).
- Professional license (PRC) is highly preferred.
