In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing metallurgical processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing technical leadership to ensure maximum recovery and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor daily metallurgical operations to ensure optimal plant performance and recovery targets.
- Design, implement, and analyze metallurgical test work programs to enhance extraction efficiencies.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior metallurgists and plant operators.
- Manage reagent usage, consumable inventories, and process control systems to minimize operational costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for process deviations and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the mine planning and production teams to ensure feed quality and throughput targets are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional license (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in extractive metallurgy, specifically within gold processing plants.
- Strong technical expertise in comminution, leaching (CIL/CIP), and gold recovery circuits.
- Proficiency in metallurgical accounting software and process simulation tools (e.g., METSIM, JKSimMet).
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in a remote mining environment.
- Advanced analytical problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
