Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily metallurgical plant operations and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and HSE policies.
- Analyze process data and laboratory results to identify trends and optimize recovery rates.
- Lead and mentor a team of metallurgical technicians, operators, and junior engineers.
- Prepare accurate metallurgical accounting reports, production forecasts, and technical assessments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and corporate quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Chemical Engineering).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a metallurgical processing plant or mining environment.
- Proven track record of managing technical teams and leading process optimization projects.
- Strong understanding of mineral processing methods, such as flotation, crushing, grinding, and leaching.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a remote location and adapt to shift schedules as required.
