Join our dynamic team as a Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Developer at Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. You will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing innovative SharePoint Online solutions that transform how organizations collaborate and manage information. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies to create custom applications, automate business processes, and enhance productivity across enterprise environments. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining best practices in security, governance, and user experience. As a senior developer, you'll also mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions including custom sites, workflows, applications, and web parts
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems using REST APIs, CSOM, and modern authentication methods
- Customize SharePoint using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and JavaScript/TypeScript to meet specific business requirements
- Develop and implement enterprise document management systems, information architecture, and content strategies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on SharePoint best practices and development standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development with at least 2 years focused on SharePoint Online
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, capabilities, limitations, and governance
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Power Platform, Azure AD, and Graph API
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services integration, and enterprise application architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as SharePoint Developer Associate or Microsoft 365 Developer Expert
