As the senior technical lead for our Power Platform practice, you will take ownership of the full development lifecycle. You will collaborate directly with business stakeholders to analyze complex workflows, translate functional requirements into robust technical architectures, and deliver end-to-end solutions that optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs. You will be expected to champion best practices in solution design, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and Power Platform governance.
Key Technologies & Focus Areas:
- Design and develop advanced Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps.
- Build complex automated workflows and business process flows using Power Automate.
- Create powerful, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Architect and manage Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
- Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party systems via REST APIs and custom connectors.
- Implement AI Builder models to add intelligence to business processes.
- Establish and enforce Center of Excellence (CoE) standards and governance policies.
- Mentor and guide a growing team of Power Platform developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge transfer sessions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and deliver end-to-end business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Oversee the full solution lifecycle including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Design and manage Microsoft Dataverse data models, ensuring high performance, data integrity, and security compliance.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and custom connectors.
- Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies, managing solutions across Development, UAT, and Production environments via Azure DevOps.
- Establish Center of Excellence (CoE) governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure scalable and secure adoption of the Power Platform.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI development.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dataverse and/or Dynamics 365 customization.
- Proven experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
- Deep understanding of ALM concepts, DevOps pipelines, and source control (Git) for Power Platform solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business users.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) are highly preferred.
