This is a high-impact, fully remote role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, designed for a technical leader who excels in troubleshooting, architecture, and mentorship.
As the highest escalation point for Microsoft-related issues, you will oversee the health, security, and performance of our entire Microsoft stack. This includes architecting and managing our Microsoft 365 Tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive), Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Windows Server environments, and Intune. You will drive automation using PowerShell, lead complex migration projects, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Your role is not just about firefighting—it is about proactive improvement. You will collaborate with IT leadership to design future-state architectures, implement zero-trust security models, and mentor junior consultants. We need a consultant who can translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the highest-level escalation point (Level 3) for complex Microsoft infrastructure incidents and service requests.
- Architect, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Manage and secure Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
- Oversee Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Lead and execute system upgrades, migrations (e.g., Exchange On-Prem to Online), and patching schedules.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the security team to enforce zero-trust principles and compliance standards.
- Provide technical mentorship and knowledge transfer to Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, with at least 2 years operating at a Level 3 or Senior support capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Security & Compliance).
- Advanced knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, hybrid configurations, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Conditional Access policies.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and core networking services (DNS, DHCP).
- Proven scripting and automation skills using PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
