Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with project teams to minimize product costs through design and process optimization
- Support in the RFQ calculation and technical evaluation of supplier proposals
- Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to enhance product performance
- Analyze existing designs and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing
- Document engineering processes and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in module engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and methodologies
- Experience with cost analysis and RFQ processes
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
