Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to create integrated campaigns.
- Design visual assets for digital platforms including websites, social media, email marketing, and display ads.
- Create print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging.
- Produce motion graphics and video content for online and broadcast use.
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team skill development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain cutting-edge work.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across print and digital media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
