- Analyze and document complex business requirements for Murex system enhancements and integrations
- Design, implement, and validate system solutions aligned with financial services best practices
- Collaborate with traders, risk managers, and developers to optimize system workflows
- Conduct impact assessments for system changes and coordinate UAT activities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, configuration guides, and runbooks
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives for production incidents and performance bottlenecks
- Stay current with Murex platform updates and industry regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience as Murex System Analyst in financial services
- Expert knowledge of Murex modules (Trade, Risk, Position, etc.) and integration patterns
- Strong proficiency in SQL, shell scripting, and API development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycles
- Certification in Murex or related financial systems (e.g., Murex 3.x/4.x)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in high-pressure trading environments
