Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute New Car Assessment Tests (NCT) to evaluate vehicle safety and performance metrics
- Analyze test data using statistical tools to identify trends and recommend design improvements
- Ensure compliance with national and international automotive safety standards (e.g., ASEAN NCAP)
- Develop and optimize test procedures for new vehicle models and components
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on testing methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate safety innovations into vehicle development
- Prepare detailed technical reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive testing, preferably with NCT protocols
- Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python) and test equipment operation
- Certification in automotive safety testing (e.g., ISO 17025) is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in multinational manufacturing environments
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
