- Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Ensure code quality through thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Document technical specifications and provide clear guidance to team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development with C# and ASP.NET
- Strong knowledge of .NET Core, Entity Framework, and related frameworks
- Experience with SQL Server and database design principles
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React
- Understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum
