Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network architectures for enterprise and telecommunications environments.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement and manage network security protocols, including VPNs, ACLs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Lead and participate in network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure project delivery and SLA compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience as a Network Engineer in a telecommunications or IT environment.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP).
- Experience with network management tools, monitoring systems (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG), and scripting (Python/Bash).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
