Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable enterprise network infrastructure across diverse environments.
- Configure and manage advanced security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Lead complex network troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of performance bottlenecks.
- Oversee end-to-end deployment of network projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and optimize existing infrastructure for maximum uptime.
- Develop and document technical architecture, network configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to maintain high-security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical escalation support for complex incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure management, or security operations.
- Strong proficiency in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade networking equipment (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or Palo Alto).
- Solid understanding of network security frameworks, firewall management, and encryption standards.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
