Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical site surveys, assess requirements, and develop comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) and cabling scopes for complex network installations.
- Perform advanced staging, configuration, and deployment of active network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- Provide Level 3 troubleshooting and fault isolation for critical network infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution of complex issues.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network architectures, adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
- Mentor junior network engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster team growth and capability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience as a Network Engineer, with significant experience at Level 3 support.
- Strong expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching (VLANs, STP), and routing.
- Hands-on experience with leading network vendor equipment (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet).
- Proficiency in network security principles and technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
