As a Project Based MSP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure optimal network performance, security, and reliability. - Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for clients
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive network solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on network-related matters
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices
- Document network configurations, changes, and procedures
- Participate in network security assessments and implement appropriate measures
Kualifikasi
- 2-4 years of experience in network operations or network support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Huawei product certification is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
