Join Microgenesis Business Systems as a Senior Network Engineer (MSP) on a 12-month contract, where you'll be pivotal in maintaining robust network infrastructure for enterprise clients. This role demands expertise in resolving complex escalated incidents, ensuring optimal network availability, and proactively monitoring performance metrics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge network solutions, including SD-WAN, cloud integration, and security enhancements. As a key technical authority, you'll drive network optimization initiatives, conduct root cause analyses, and maintain comprehensive documentation of network architectures. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and operational efficiency in dynamic IT environments.

- Manage and resolve escalated network incidents with SLA adherence
- Ensure 99.9% network availability through proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Design and implement scalable network solutions for enterprise clients
- Perform capacity planning and optimization of network infrastructure
- Lead network migration projects with zero downtime
- Develop and maintain network security protocols and best practices
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and MSP teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
- CCNP/CCIE certification or equivalent technical expertise
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and QoS protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network analysis tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds)
