Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-grade network infrastructure and architecture.
- Oversee end-to-end network operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and uptime standards.
- Manage and configure complex switching, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and firewall environments.
- Provide expert-level L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical network outages.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver network upgrades and infrastructure migrations.
- Implement and monitor robust network security protocols to protect sensitive corporate data and assets.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during critical incidents and project planning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in network engineering with a proven track record in a leadership or lead capacity.
- Professional industry certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly preferred.
- In-depth hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet network equipment.
- Proven expertise in SD-WAN, VPN, Load Balancing (F5), and Cloud Networking (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewall management and IDS/IPS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
