We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer to join the dynamic team at NCS Group. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of network infrastructure, specifically focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise, campus, and data center networks. You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our critical communication systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimise enterprise, campus, and data centre network infrastructure to meet business requirements.
- Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and maintain network security policies and protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Conduct network audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and upgrade.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to manage service delivery and SLAs.
- Document network configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineering staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network infrastructure engineering, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP).
- Experience with network automation tools (Python, Ansible, or similar) is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
