Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain enterprise/data center network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network performance issues to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Implement network security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams on hybrid network solutions
- Provide Tier 3 technical support during critical incidents
- Maintain compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN technologies
- Strong knowledge of Cisco/Juniper devices and SD-WAN solutions
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent network certification required
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Ability to work rotational on-call shifts
