Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, design, and implement highly scalable and resilient backend services using Node.js.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to define and deliver new features.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Node.js ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with a strong focus on Node.js.
- Proven experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and Node.js internals.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., Express, Koa, NestJS).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
