- Architect and design scalable backend solutions using Node.js and modern frameworks.
- Lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of high-quality RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers and product managers to define and implement new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Optimize database performance, ensure system reliability, and implement security best practices.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend engineering.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Node.js backend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience with RESTful API design, implementation, and documentation.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams or mentoring other developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
