Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end NPI processes from concept to mass production
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to define product specifications
- Develop and implement validation plans ensuring product reliability and manufacturability
- Optimize production processes for cost efficiency and scalability
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product design and manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product engineering with NPI focus
- Strong knowledge of DFM/DFA principles and product lifecycle management
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/CATIA) and engineering tools
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
