Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve complex credit-related client queries and outstanding account issues efficiently.
- Monitor account performance and implement effective strategies for credit recovery.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and trading teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal credit policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial data and creditworthiness to make informed decisions on account management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records for credit reviews and audits.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to enhance overall departmental performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in credit collections, client services, or risk management within the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, credit risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with banking core systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
