Tanggung Jawab
- Source, negotiate, and procure goods/services while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to optimize pricing and delivery terms
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing initiatives
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to understand procurement requirements and timelines
- Implement and maintain procurement systems for efficient vendor and contract management
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical procurement practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in aviation, manufacturing, or MRO industry
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in vendor management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and procurement software
- Excellent analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market research
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
