BASF is currently seeking a Senior Officer, Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya on a 12-month contract. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning cycle, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining seamless coordination between demand and supply requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand and supply planning strategies to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Production, and Logistics, to align supply chain activities.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and identify root causes for deviations to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain master data integrity within SAP or equivalent ERP systems to ensure accurate planning outputs.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance KPIs, including service levels and stock turnover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or material requirement planning (MRP).
- Proficiency in SAP (SD/MM modules) or other integrated ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
