In this high-impact role, you will lead the development and execution of operational strategies that optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. You will champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Our client, a premier player in the aerospace and aviation sector, is experiencing significant growth and requires a strategic leader to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee all aspects of operations — from production planning and supply chain management to quality assurance and facilities management. You will drive digitalization and automation projects to elevate operational capability and competitiveness.
This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the aerospace or aviation industry, proven success in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals. You will be based in Singapore, with regular travel to regional sites. Key focus areas include spearheading Lean Six Sigma programs, managing budgets, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.

- Lead the development and execution of operational strategies to achieve business objectives across Southeast Asia.
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee multi-site production operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to schedules.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and growth.
- Implement best-in-class supply chain and logistics practices to streamline material flow and reduce lead times.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (AS9100, ISO9001).
- Lead digital transformation and automation projects to modernize manufacturing processes.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering talent and succession planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, with at least 5 years in aerospace or aviation.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality management systems in aerospace.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience operating in Southeast Asia markets is highly advantageous.
