- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Develop strategic operational plans aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and performance targets
- Optimize resource allocation and supply chain management for aerospace maintenance
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain operational excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to foster innovation and process standardization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in MRO operations with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and process optimization methodologies
- Aerospace industry experience with deep understanding of MRO regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- PMP or Six Sigma certification highly desirable
