Join WCM Machinery Sdn Bhd as a hands-on Senior Operation Executive in the generator & genset industry. We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our manufacturing processes. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing production workflows, maintaining high safety standards, and optimizing operational efficiency to meet our company's goals.
As a Senior Operation Executive, you will play a critical role in the power generation sector. You will coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including maintenance and logistics, to ensure that machinery performance is maximized and that supply chain requirements are met. We are looking for someone who is proactive in identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing solutions that drive productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production operations and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, ISO standards, and quality control measures.
- Monitor the performance of generator and genset machinery and coordinate routine maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for operational spare parts and equipment.
- Lead and mentor junior staff to foster a culture of teamwork and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with generator sets and power generation equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
