Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate maintenance operations to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution
- Oversee logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of products
- Implement and maintain QA/QC standards to ensure product quality and compliance
- Lead and manage operational teams, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
- Experience in maintenance coordination, warehouse management, and QA/QC operations
- Fluent in Mandarin language (required) with good communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in operational management software and systems
