Lippo Malls Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Operation Officer to join our professional team at City of Tomorrow (Cito), one of Surabaya's premier shopping destinations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily mall operations, ensuring a world-class experience for our visitors and tenants alike.
As a Senior Operation Officer, you will bridge the gap between strategic planning and on-the-ground execution. You will oversee facility maintenance, manage essential support services, and drive operational efficiency to maintain the high standards associated with the Lippo Malls brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily mall operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.
- Manage facility maintenance schedules, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and HVAC systems, to prevent downtime.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of outsourced vendors, including security, cleaning, and parking services.
- Monitor operational budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Liaise with tenants regarding operational requirements and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and data analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing and leasing teams to support mall events and brand activations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Property Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in mall operations or building management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams and third-party vendors.
- Deep understanding of building systems, safety regulations (K3), and facility management best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and budgeting purposes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as required by mall operational needs.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Surabaya.
