Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor daily mall operations to ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and visitor convenience.
- Oversee facility maintenance programs, coordinating with technical teams to ensure 100% uptime of essential infrastructure.
- Manage and evaluate external vendor performance, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including security, housekeeping, and tenant relations, to maintain a cohesive environment.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and project statuses.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company-wide policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in mall operations, building management, or hospitality facilities management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to facility troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in operational reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a high-traffic retail environment.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards in commercial real estate.
