- Assist Operations Support Executive and Centre Manager in strategic operational planning and execution
- Coordinate daily logistics activities including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and supply chain oversight
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership review
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Manage administrative documentation and maintain accurate operational records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or Logistics preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in operations support or healthcare administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
