Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently
- Oversee crisis response and emergency situations, implementing appropriate protocols to ensure guest and staff safety
- Monitor and maintain service quality standards across all operational areas, addressing any issues promptly
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, addressing maintenance needs as required
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfactory resolutions
- Prepare shift reports and documentation, communicating key information to management and relevant stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
