Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and drive process excellence initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality) to resolve operational issues and optimize workflows.
- Implement and maintain Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols in a multi-material manufacturing environment.
- Manage capital expenditure projects related to process equipment and facility upgrades.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and foster a culture of operational discipline and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in operations engineering or a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, production planning, and quality control systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact improvement projects and driving operational results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
