Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily technical facility operations, including electrical distribution systems, ACMV, and fire protection systems.
- Act as the registered Chargeman to ensure all electrical installations comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) regulations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Supervise internal maintenance teams and manage external vendors/contractors to ensure quality work and compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor building automation and car park management systems to ensure smooth site operations.
- Prepare detailed operational reports, budget tracking, and maintenance logs for management review.
- Lead emergency response protocols and troubleshoot complex technical issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Chargeman Certificate (A0/A1 or higher) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or facility management.
- Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems, backup generators, and electrical switchgear.
- Proven ability to interpret electrical blueprints and technical schematics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage technicians and service contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and building management software systems.
