Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end logistics and warehousing operations to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with procurement, transportation, and distribution departments for seamless workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and performance reviews
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in operations management within logistics/warehousing
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or CSCP preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
