Putra Mulia Telecommunication is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Medan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex network operations, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of field operations across the region.

You will be tasked with optimizing operational workflows, driving performance metrics, and ensuring that our telecommunication networks meet the highest standards of reliability and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to optimize network performance and uptime.
- Lead and mentor field operations teams to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers to ensure SLA compliance.
- Oversee daily operational activities, including budget management, resource allocation, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding operational updates, risks, and project timelines.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate safety protocols across all field sites.
- Drive proactive problem-solving strategies to minimize service disruptions and improve customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in telecommunications network operations or field operations management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects and remote field teams.
- Strong background in vendor management, contract negotiation, and service level agreement (SLA) governance.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in operational data reporting and performance optimization tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deep technical understanding of telecommunication network architectures and field installation practices.
- Flexibility to travel within the region as required to oversee site operations.
