In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our APAC HR support and operational excellence, ensuring seamless collaboration across seven diverse countries.
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will take ownership of complex commercial, contractual, and logistical processes. You will serve as the primary bridge between regional stakeholders, facilitating high-level meetings and implementing optimized workflows that enhance efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee operational processes across 7 countries in the APAC region.
- Provide comprehensive support to APAC HR functions, ensuring alignment with regional and local objectives.
- Coordinate and manage complex contract negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Drive supply chain and logistics coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
- Facilitate and chair high-level leadership meetings to drive decision-making and project status updates.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-border operational challenges and stakeholder inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within an APAC regional capacity.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographic locations.
- Strong background in contract management, commercial law fundamentals, and international logistics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
