- Strategic oversight of contract logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing logistics projects while maintaining service level agreements
- Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure operational excellence
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards across all logistics operations
- Drive continuous improvement through technology adoption and best practice implementation
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain high service quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in logistics operations with 3+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in contract logistics, warehousing management, and transportation systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and operational data
- Experience implementing ERP/WMS systems and process automation solutions
- Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated team development capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex operational challenges
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
