Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management within insurance/BPO sector
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and reporting
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean preferred)
- Deep understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
