Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all operational activities within the railway testing centre, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and facilities are in optimal condition
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce costs
- Manage and develop a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in railway operations or test centre management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing operations, maintenance, safety, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of railway industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Certification in safety management or operations is a plus
