Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and optimize end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations to achieve organizational KPIs.
- Manage full P&L responsibilities, including budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operational staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Design and implement strategic operational frameworks to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service and pricing.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international transport regulations and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align logistics strategy with broader corporate business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior operational management within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and P&L accountability.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of supply chain optimization, inventory management, and transport regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CLTD, or Lean Six Sigma) is highly preferred.
